Kalee Lundmark’s health journey to paleo started after the birth of her third child when she was chronically exhausted, experiencing digestive issues, struggling to lose weight, and experiencing neurological symptoms that doctors couldn’t explain.

 

After learning about how paleo can help with gut and brain issues, Kalee took the plunge. As a busy mom of 4 kids under the age of 6, Kalee doesn’t have time for time to spend hours on end making complicated recipes, which is why she tends to stick to the same foods for a few days before swapping recipes.

Breakfasts and lunches are quick and easy with things like sausage and spaghetti squash casserole, sausage and sweet potato breakfast skillets, coconut yogurt with collagen and berries, citrus chicken salad, stuffed cabbage bowls and wild-caught tuna with cucumber and apples. 

 

Dinners are just as delicious — stuffed cabbage bowls with sausage and veggies, the best beef and mushroom burgers, and taco bowls with a berry salsa.
