Finding a balance with food can be a challenge, especially when you’re given so much conflicting information. For Nikki Francois, the development of an eating disorder put a drastic spin on her relationship with food. Things became either “good” or “bad” and eating was anything but smooth sailing. 

 

After discovering the paleo lifestyle and really tuning into her body, Nikki learned that food isn’t bad — it’s meant to energize the body. Following paleo, Nikki has resolved, for the most part, her issues surrounding food, mentally and physically feels a huge difference, has better energy, can think clearer, and has no more brain fog. She also decreased her cholesterol levels, her bloating disappeared, her digestive system was back to normal, and her skin became clearer.

 

After experiencing all these positive outcomes by following paleo, Nikki wants to share her recipes with you so you can get the same success. 

 

Her recipes are simple, yet totally delicious with breakfasts including ham and spinach mini quiches, blueberry muffins, and berry banana smoothies. Lunches and dinners are also quick and tasty with things ranging from bacon and spinach twice baked potatoes and egg salad tortilla wraps to asian meatballs with roasted broccoli and Nikki’s spicy orange chicken & cauli rice.
