Changing to paleo has forced Sara to get creative in the kitchen and batch cook for ease and convenience, and her dream paleo menu surely reflects it.
Batch cooking becomes super easy with recipes like baked salmon with a parsley and garlic crust, sweet potato shepherd’s pie, cauliflower and leek potage with toasted pine nuts, and lemony chicken piccata. To change things up a bit, pair them with side dishes like broccoli rice or crunchy cabbage and fennel salad.
